They have went down hill lately. I moved here last year and loved the service/food from here. Now they seem rude, lazy (close early) and just seem like they dont want to be there. I ordered wings and a pizza bundle and got no wings. When i called them, the guy told me his co worker called me to adjust it. Never got a single call except from door dash unless toppers is door dash now. Then they also charged me full price for a pizza instead of the 11.99 special. Luckily the guy who answered the phone changed it. 2 weeks before that we placed a online order for pick up and got there at 8pm to b told they were not taking new orders and will b closing soon. The sign says they r open till like 1am…… plus employees in front just sitting on their phone folding boxes didnt even bother asking if we need help or even a hello when we walk in or anything. When we first moved here they were happy and nice now they seem like they all have somewhere else better to b. Maybe they lost a good manager or something idk.
