We have had good luck at other Toppers. Unfortunately this one was disappointing. Ordered a delivery order online. Was estimated to get here at about 35 minutes. Instead it was an hour. I would have been okay with that if the food was good; it was not. The pizza was cold/chewy and some of the toppings were sparse…ordered tomatoes, and there were not many on it. In addition, they forgot to send our topperstix, so we had to wait even longer to get those. Definitely did not feel the meal we got was worth $50+. I would not recommend this location at this time.

First time coming here as a Florida native who just recently moved to Wisconsin. Service was impeccable and very friendly and welcoming! They also were quick to let me know about coupons and give discounts where possible, which I found very genuine and nice! Not to mention the menu has something for everyone and the food is amazing. Definitely going to become a staple restaurant for me.

Toppers thin crust is my favorite! I had a couple days where I just craved thin crust pizza so I turned to toppers 2 days in a row. On day 2 they accidentally sent a chicken bacon ranch pizza rather than chicken Alfredo pizza. We called and they immediately had a replacement pizza sent plus a coupon. They have top notch customer service and very quick delivery! And their pizza is definitely quality.

Delivery directions were asked for – I specifically requested that the driver ring our apt buzzer. This was not done – and since they asked for directions I did not realize that I was to look for a text message that my food had been left in an open vestibule. My husband said the pizza was tasty but COLD. I tried the Toppersticks – also very COLD. This was our first time trying Toppers – over $35 for a COLD meal made it a one and done!

Well I must say the quality has gone downhill. Changing my review from a 5 star to a one. They were great once upon a time. Now they bring you burnt pizza with hardly any toppings. When I asked for less in the oven they literally brought me raw pizza dough and breadsticks small than my index finger. No apology at the store. I actually got ill after biting into under cooked food. Oof won’t be returning here. They really didn’t want to give me my money back either.

We had never eaten here before and had a lot of questions about the extensive menu, and the employees were so helpful! They have great sales which they display on their pamphlets as soon as you enter, so you have a lot of choices for mixing and matching without breaking the bank.
