Tonight I stopped in and grabbed an order based on a promotion, one which involved pizza being 32 cents. As fate would have it- the place was overwhelmed. It was clear the employees, many of which were young kids, had no clue this promotion was happening and who could blame them. I observed them working incredibly hard, dealing with jerk customers, and doing the best they could to navigate this mess.

Very unique collections of pizza and sticks. It’s very hard to pick one for a day . Not too buttery .. not too cheesy . Vegetables look fresh but kind of half cooked. If you want a little roasted, maybe you should ask for it.

Terrible experience! We placed our order at 12pm for pick up at 6pm and when we arrived the pizza shop was full of other customers waiting for their order. To make matters worst our order was not even ready for pick up which resulted in waiting a whole hour for the staff to give us half the order. They said he’ll refund us later that night but who knows if they’ll even have time or remember. They were understaffed, unorganized and unapologetic. I called and spoke to the manager the next morning to confirm if the refund took place and instead of being apologetic about it his response was I haven’t got a chance to look at the refund, I’m busy right now and will look at it and call you back and just hung up without even saying anything. Horrible service and I will never go there again.

Quality went down in the service and tbh I’m disappointed each time I’ve ordered from here time to time again.From the monkey bread being burned to now it’s all buttery and butchered in some pieces.Now you got the they were cancelling the orders without telling people until you had to call and then they told you they were short staffed and you have to come get it. The other time they were hanging up the phone on people and messing around in the back or had loud music in the background. Which I’ve had to call back to back and they kept hanging up the phone . Some days you got better then others but kinda getting tired of the disappointment of the the way the pizza is looking or the quality of food is down.

I called the store to place an order and was assisted by a lovely lady named Mya. We were unsure of what to order and she was great at helping us figure out what would satisfy our family full of picky eaters. In the end we were able to customize a couple of the specialty pizzas to satisfy our tastes and needless to say we were all very happy customers! The food and service were fantastic and we will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered delivery and the food came within the estimated time limit. However, I have a highly energetic dog and he accidentally slipped out right as I opened the door. The driver, Mya, acted very quickly and was able to help me wrangle him and get him back inside before he was able to run off down the road. It was nice to see an employee go above and beyond to help and shows just how much Toppers employees truly care about their customers. I already liked Toppers Pizza to begin with, but this situation has turned me into a lifetime customer for sure!

Used to be pretty good until these past few months. Ordered a nachostix like I always do and received this. No nacho cheese and almost 75% without cheese and toppings. No refund and they said I would get a coupon for a free pizza which has not been delivered and it has been a week now.

The pizza and bread sticks I got here were both phenomenal! I customized a thick crust, Asiago cheese, grilled chicken, spinich, black olives, and garlic roasted tomato pizza. Got the Loaded Nacho Cheesesticks – they are absolutely amazing! I did not anticipate them being so delicious, and now the price definitely makes sense. At first it seemed mid-range, but you definitely get what you pay for. It was right before they closed, yet they still put the same quality into it as you see during normal daytime hours. I did not expect that.

Had this girl Mya deliver to our house. Our driveway is super complicated and a pain in the a** to maneuver around so I was impressed to see her do it with ease! Its almost like she’s done it a million times lol. Pizza was great, driver was awesome, will definitely be ordering again!
