I went late at night. The wait to order in person abd get food (sandwich that was it) about 40 mins. They are getting doordash and online orders. So I suggest you do the same order online. When I got home and had the same, which it was delicious but the wait was tok long. NOT THE STAFFS FAULT. They wete working hard. The lady taking orders was great but also putting orders together. Seems like tgey needed 2 or 3 more people.

We haven’t been in the area since the pandemic hit and we’re excited to go back to Tops. We were not disappointed. Our ribs were juicy and tender with a beautiful crust. Their sweet BBQ sauce is delicious but hardly necessary. I’d like to try their breakfast sometime, and the burgers looked good too. We’re so glad to be back!

I was so disappointed! I grew up on Tops BBQ. I live in Dallas now…I pulled into Memphis and wanted that good Ole bbq pork sandwich with that coleslaw and bbq sauce…only to get a cold sandwich with a drop of slaw and a drop of bbq sauce…the girl working had a attitude…the 2 guys working was playing in the back like we can’t see them…smh just poor service and food.

Should be called Bottoms Bar-B-Q. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place was the absolute worst. We walked in it was hot. Their air conditioning stopped working. They probably should have closed. The bathroom was blocked off and the staff were very rude. They were hot and hateful. The location was unclean. We had seen reviews for Tops online and it was recommended by some people from the Food Network. I had the pulled pork nachos and my partner had a Cheese Burger. I was very hungry but the first bite immediately put a rumble in my belly. The B-B-Q flavor itself was mediocre at best and not very strong. My body immediately said nope but the bathrooms were closed. I recommend Tops only if you are trying to lose weight or need an excuse to have some alone time on the toilet. There are surely tons better BBQ options then this in Memphis.

Restaurant was very dirty food stroked everywhere tables not clean. The food was ok just cold. Had to heat it up to be able to eat it. Was very disappointed. I used to come to this tops when I was a little girl with my my when she worked at the hospital across the street. I pray that management will wake up and do something with this tops because health wise the place could make people really sick not a good experience at all

Stopped by for some quick lunch and it took almost 50 minutes to get a meal and it was wrong. Service was very poor and workers gave bad attitude to customers. Food was just ok. Very disappointed and wish we looked at the reviews before visiting..
