If you looking for some tender, fall off the bone ribs-DONT COME HERE. I order half a slab yesterday, came home thinking I was about to throw down but the ribs had other plans. They were so tough, I couldn’t even pull them apart with my hands, so I wrap them in foil and put them in the air fryer. 40 minutes later the ribs still tough as nails, idk what kinda super strong pig these ribs came from but they need another meat distributor ASAP. My puppy had a hell of a time trying to get that meat off the bone, my teeth and nails just weren’t sufficient enough for the fight. Oh and the *new Mac n cheese taste like it was made with OLD cheese, a bit of a sour after taste.

Went for lunch today since I’ve been drooling over that bbq bologna sandwich sign that’s been outside and lemme tell you!!! Tops BBQ did NOT disappoint. It was delicious and everyone was so kind! To top it off the patio was nice to sit on. We will definitely be back for more.

I stopped by during a one night stay in Memphis, having passed this location on the way to my Airbnb. I got a Brisket picnic party pack. The Brisket was overpriced and underwhelming, but the coleslaw and beans were out of this world fantastic. (I have a feeling I should have tried their pork instead. It’s half the price and harder to mess up.)
