Not sure what is going on with training, but tonight my husband and I are disappointed with the meal received. We were asked to wait for over 30mins on 2 turkey cheese burger combos and a chx nacho. We get home and the burgers are raw. Wasn’t able to contact the store. Don’t trust them to make anything else cause the nachos were scarce and wet. The burgers and buns were soggy. I had to go back out to spend more money due to this disappointment.

The food was outstanding. The service was a little lacking. Very few smiles and didn’t really act like they cared if we were there or not, but the food made up for it. Everything that we had was outstanding. The new restaurant is very nice. It could use some music or some tvs, but that’s simply preference. We will eat there again.

I wish I could give them a 0 star smh. Hopefully they are not there long. I ordered on a Friday night and order was wrong. I called and they agreed to fix it. I got there and waited in line 20 min and was told to pull to the side. I waited there for about 10 before I called and asked how long would it be, they said it was coming up right then. Waited ANOTHER 10-15 minutes before I called and told them not to worry about it. Its not worth that much of a wait. Definitely will not be returning. Was in turn from chicago decided to order from here thinking the food was good my burger was uncooked cold in the inside and tasted like something I could have brought in a high school cafeteria I was very disappointed and will never eat here again

Great place to eat and very friendly. Loved the customer service DP showed. He saw the dine in/take out line getting long so he came right out and helped. We were waiting a little longer than usual, but his friendly, customer service oriented demeanor kept everyone calm and happy. Great job and awesome service.

Hacks Cross is The worst Tops bbq in Memphis! A true letdown. Food is always under cooked with the burgers, and the ribs and brisket is dry. They fries aren’t hot n crispy like on Winchester. They also shorten you on the fries and the amount of meat on the shoulder sandwich. Slow AF too!

I came in close to closing the night before, there was a nice gentleman at drive thru working so hard. I heard him call my burger in detail out to the cooks. Needless to say get home and order was wrong. Of course being closed I couldn’t call or go back. This morning I went up there and Cynthia as well as another gentleman that was there helped me right away. Cynthia replaced my whole order. She was pleasant and patient. Great qualities in this industry. I have been coming to tops pretty much since I was able to eat solid food as a toddler. I would never stop coming , however I am so appreciative and impressed by this location, that it’s definitely my go to location now! Thanks guys! Great job to you all!!

Today is the first time I’ve ever had bad food from Tops. I just ordered 2 cheeseburger combo’s. One with beans,fries & coke & 2nd one with double fries & sweet tea. When we got home our sandwiches were soggy & the meat was hard. Our fries were half cooked. I was really looking forward to eating one of their great cheeseburger!
