We’ve eaten here 4 times (as of this writing) and the food has been excellent. I’m a eater of habit so if I find something I like, I keep ordering it. With that said, I was still surprised to find really tasty Chinese food in a strip mall in Colonial Beach. The General Tso chicken was some of the best I’ve had. Staff has been friendly and the food value-priced. Will eat there again…probably tonight.

Probably should have read all the reviews before ordering from Tops China. this was my first time ordering and it will be my last time. being that there aren’t a lot of restaurants to choose from he in CB. We’ve been here about 5 times and haven’t had a single issue. The food tastes great, the staff is very kind, and prices are pretty good too. My favorite is Triple Delight and they’ve got some bomb spring rolls too!
