Yen Ching, Shanghai are the “top notch “ restaurants but this place IS GREAT FOR A FAST FIX OF CHINESE FOOD AND PORTIONS ARE GREAT. For the money you can’t compare to anywhere else. Food is bland with no taste, asked for extra sauce and extra broccoli no extra broccoli, instead of putting it in a plastic container they used a paper take out box. Sauce was everywhere. My egg rolls were soggy not fresh. Asked for fried rice only egg, it still had onions in it and it was yellow rice not fried rice. Horrible experience would not recommend. Spend $30 for one person to eat.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants! I like them so much that I have to keep it real. The consistency of how the food is being cooked needs some help. One minute it’s great and the next minute it can taste like a completely different restaurant. Please work on trying to keep the chefs close to cooking the recipes the same as much as possible. This place is amazing. Well due to inflation their prices might be a bit high for lower classes that are struggling with money. Ive seen the restaurant owner give free food to a homeless who walked in. They might seem rude but do have a good heart ♡
