Someone gave me a shrimp egg roll from Tops and I knew I had to try it. The food is amazing and the service is always amazing. Even when I didn’t place my order correctly over the phone, they were understanding and corrected it at no charge. Service and food quality are equal

I ordered lemon pepper wings from Tops China Restaurant on Fri. 02/18 and there was a long string of hair on my food. I reported the issue to the cashier and at first she did not want to refund me my money until I asked her why she through away the evidence. I had to asked for a refund twice and the customer service was horrible when I returned and showed the cashier the issue with the food. However I did get a full refund but I high recommend the Savannah and the SAVANNAH State University community which is my alumni school not support this restaurant at all. This is a horrible place to Oder food from and they really need to be be reported to the Health Department due to un-sanitation and no mask. This business needs to be closed down immediately.

Super good cheap chinese take out, I recommend the general tso’s chicken, but I’m biased because I always get that and those fried donuts? I I forget what they’re called but stupid good. Fast service, they don’t talk much, but doesn’t matter, food is always great!
