I wanted to like it. The reviews I read were favorable. Unfortunately I just had good ramen a week ago and this wasn’t up to snuff. In addition this was my first meal of the day and I was hungry. The broth was decent, maybe the flavor lacked punch. The pork was terrible. Service was lackluster. Disappointed.

Small yet cozy spot for ramen with friends! The broth for the spicy miso was fairly average, not that rich in flavors but still enjoyable.

I did not a good impression on ramen before, but this place changed my mind. I ordered a spicy tonkotsu ramen. I totally loved the rich, thick, and well seasoned broth. The savory amd umami taste was so balance. The dish was served very hot, which was a bonus. Definitely going back to try out other dishes as well.

Had ramen at Tora Ramen for lunch. The taste was great and the price was right. If you decide to go there make sure to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards.

Have gone a couple times now for the yuzu shoyu ramen! Love yuzu and hadn’t had that flavor in ramen before, it’s both fresh and savory. Also tried kuro karaage last time I went for dinner, doesn’t taste much different from typical karaage but was tasty too. As a heads up, they are cash only and there is an atm in their entryway. It is a small place though so I’d recommend bringing cash as people wait in the entryway when it’s crowded.

I’ve had ramen in Tokyo and this is the best I’ve had in Boston! I always have the Black garlic Tonkatsu ramen and the gyoza! Always fast and delicious. Exactly what a ramen shop should be! The only place to go for ramen in Boston. They have a good selection of sake as well. Not a lot of seating but it’s such an out-of-the-way spot that it’s hardly ever crowded. If you want authentic ramen I highly recommend this place!
