Attended for a private reception following a funeral. Mashed potatoes were creamy, vegetables and ravioli were tasty, and salmon was nicely spiced. Roast beef was quite rare (I like it that way), but those who wanted it medium rare or more cooked only had the option of dipping it in hot *au jus*, which didn’t do much to cook it more.
