Had a fast lunch with a colleague. While ordering, a young man in training made a mistake with our order. However, when the incorrect food was brought out, they quickly fixed it and provided excellent service, handling the situation with professionalism. It’s true. We all make mistakes, but it’s how we rectify them that truly counts. Kudos to them for their outstanding customer service!

Torchy’s was amazing! I went during happy hour. I got “trashy” taco, and I wanted to try a vegan taco. I’m not a vegetarian, but let me tell you! That vegan taco was on point! The margarita special during happy hour was pretty good. I will be going back again this week for sure!

I love tacos. I’d eat them every meal of all the days except I don’t like eggs. Here’s my struggle with Torchys…. the combinations should be great. But, they’re messy. This goes against tacos– food meant to be eaten with hands.

I went a little often lunchtime. There were 5 or six other people eating, and I had no wait in line. Staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The food was fresh and tasty, with several different options. I ate straight off of the menu, but if I remember correctly from a different Torchy’s, you can make adjustments. I would eat here again!

My first time going there and it will definitely be my last. Got take out, a beef taco with beans and rice. The beef was so dry and as tough as shoe leather, the refried beans were soooooo watery, more like bean soup. And the taco was too small. Spent close to $15!!! It was a waste of my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody!!! I would’ve been happier going to Taco Bell.

Grabbed a quick bite to eat at this place called Torchys! Cheese sauce was killer, tacos were bangin’! The shrimp tacos were a little short on shrimp but overall, I’d do it again! Not the best but not the worst either.

We ordered take out. When we came in to pick it up, there were no customers being helped and 3 staff members at the counter, no one spoke to us. Our order wasn’t at the pick up counter, we filled our water bottles and got some napkins. Then our order was complete. While we double checked everything at the counter, still no one spoke. It seemed very rude. The food wasn’t to the standard of a $100’s worth of tacos. We could have gotten the same quality for 1/2 the price else where with staff that at least acknowledged us. The inside was clean and the overall vibe was cool but that was overshadowed by the rudeness of the employees. I am not returning.

Had a free chips and cheese for birthday. It showed up on the app. The new guy at the register said it didnt show up in the system even after he was shown it on the app. Like really? You see it’s legit. Throw a bowl of chips and cheese and comp it or call a manager because you don’t know how to work the register. Also had to physically go get the bartender to make drinks because she didn’t notice the printer had our drinks printed but she was too busy helping the new guy figure out where buttons were.
