Yummy!! This is the Uber-sexy version of a taco stand with some really unique flavors of tacos. Lots of choices in all variations from beef, chicken, shrimp and veggie. It works for our whole family including the super picky kid. The churros come in an order of 5 and are served warm with Carmel sauce so if you don’t go for anything else, at least give those a try. There’s counter ordering and patio seating. This is across from the Mall next to Tyler’s. Sometimes parking can be tricky but you can always park at the mall if there are no spots.

This place is the best! Being from Austin I love Torchys in Houston! Great food, clean and friendly staff. The queso is some of the best around!. Tacos are good size but a little pricey for one. You have to by two seperately. But the flavor and quality make up for it. Nice dine in area, full bar with bar seating available. Also have a nice patio area for outdoor dining. I’ll definitely stop back when in the area for a concert.

I came into today to try the nookies while taking a break. I’m a delivery driver and this restaurant has always been nice to me whenever I came to pick up food and deliver it or order for myself. Tonight they gave me an absolutely adorable delivery bag to run deliveries with. I love it! The nookie was good, it was crispy and freshly made.

We tried this location for the first time this Sunday for brunch. And we were pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Service was on point. We ordered Brushfire , Baja shrimps and kids chicken tacos. Shrimps were perfectly cooked, chicken was well seasoned. Love the overall vibes of this location.

if youre deciding to order pickup from this location, just don’t. They have messed up my order every single time I’ve ordered pickup. I love torchys food and especially queso, but regardless or my order, small or large, something is always wrong. First and foremost, if you order a full order of queso (not half order) they, for some reason, only fill it up half way, which then basically makes it a half order of queso (full order is 7.50$ and half is 4.50$) I will say, each time I’ve asked them to fill it up, they’ve been super helpful in filling it up with zero problems. They haven’t done this just once though, it is every single time I’m there. I have been to this specific torchys over 100 times. As much as I love torchys, just these problems are slowly but surely making me never want to eat there again. If you’re going there to eat with your family inside, they are super helpful and fulfilling of your needs. No problems when it comes to inside dining, only pickup orders.

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because when I came in it was dirty as all can be. The cashier was trying her best to clean in-between transactions (which I get, because I’ve been a cashier 3 times.) but there was piles of crumbled up chips, dip, and trash on the floor every five feet. They could’ve tried a little better. Trash needed to be replaced, and tables and counters needed to be wiped. Will continue coming back.

Took about 20 min. For 1 taco, 1 queso, and 2 Frozen margaritas, for Togo. Not terrible, but definitely a wait. Queso had no guacamole so that was disappointing, also, the brush fire sauce was added into the queso and not put on the side as usual for a Togo order. Other than that, it was pretty alright
