We were disappointed to discover they no longer served alcohol or beer and wine. The server thought maybe it would be back after summer. It didn’t seem very clean in the restaurant and there were several flies buzzing around.

Decent ramen doesn’t make up for the bad atmosphere and service.

A delicious ramen joint with broth to die for! Their ramen broth is so rich and creamy with loads of umami. The duck ramen and korean wings were incredible. Great atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. Lots of dishes are available vegetarian or gluten free. Ordering is all online, you open a tab for your table, making it super easy to customize dishes. Definitely coming back.

Good place. Very delicious and flavorful ramen. On the expensive side, but according to them, they have healthier ingredients. Yummy mochi dessert and neat drink options.

We had the duck ramen and the draMN and both were flavorful and well balanced! We asked for a side of hot sauce which added a great heat. Noodles had a perfect amount of chew. We’ll be back!

Tori 44 (and Tori Ramen, their St. Paul location), is literally one of the top ramen spots in the Twin Cities. This is because they embody the spirit of what ramen is. They have original and unique ramen. You won’t find a ramen like their’s in the state or in the country even. They make their own noodles, which is rare in the States. Their main ramen selections are poultry based, although they do run some unqiue ramen specials every now and then.

They had a lot of options for different diet types. The broth we got was chicken. The noodles were a bit thick and tasty. The chicken meat was super tender. Serving size was large, as normal be with ramen. My husband and I split a bowl and the be accommodated us. They had great decor, good music, friendly staff. Food was tasty. Really happy we came here.
