My partner and I had to kill some time since we were waiting for both of our oil changes to be done. We went to grab a quick bite at Tori Japan which is in a small plaza off of Belmont St next to Monro. The staff were friendly and greeted you when you entered. We ordered beef teriyaki x2 and shrimp. The food was very tasteful and way better than your regular Sarku Japan. They cook it right there and then and it was pretty fast. Would go here again!

Amazing! This was the first time in Tori Japan and it was a 10/10 food temperature was perfect, prices are better than the mall, this place beats Sarku Japan with the fresh taste and overall atmosphere. They are even doing a special for an additional plate for $3.99. They also have sushi , and bento boxes ! The portions are perfect after your done eating you’ll feel full but not to the point where you feel lazy and can’t function. Also the customer service is 10/10.

Food was great the first time just okay the second time I ordered there. Leave yourself plenty of time, the wait will take your entire lunch time to get your food, staff is easily overwhelmed by a big lunch crowd. Bring some cash also they seem to have an issue taking CC, cash only sign up today at the counter. Thought I found a new great lunch place but I’m thinking maybe not after today.
