I don’t know how you can achieve both greasy and dry in the same dish, but this restaurant manages to do so with their taco al Pastore dish. Not to mention that the tortilla chips that they gave me, complementary, of course, were probably made last week they were so stale. I am almost afraid to try the tamales that I got for later, I feel like fool me twice and that’s bad enough. Maybe I should just toss them in the trash? What an awful place!

My family and I were in the area and wanted to try Toro Loco. We got terrible service as soon as we set down. I asked our waiter for napkins and he put his hand up and told me not to talk. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave and go to Bob Evans across the street, where we got amazing service.
