This was my first visit to this restaurant. Service was friendly, the food took a bit long to prepare but it was fresh, hot, and very good. If you have the time to wait and enjoy, I highly recommend. Total time from order via kiosk to food delivery was about 15 minutes, and worth it.

Wow — great food! I was able to squeeze into the bar with only a half hour before I needed to board. The barkeep (extremely nice woman with a ponytail; sorry I didn’t catch your name) took my order quickly. The restaurant is so popular that they only had one kind of sandwich left, but oh my goodness, the Chipotle Chicken Torta was fantastic! The smoky chicken is complimented by avocado, poblano rajas, Jack cheese, arugula, and cilantro crema. The awesome chipotle salsa is the perfect finish for this epic sandwich. I wish I’d had more time to savor it, but I will come here every time I come through O’Hare Airport!

This place is ok. The torta was edible. I waited almost twenty minutes to have my order taken. They were very short staffed and did not have anything but a couple sandwiches left to sell. Unfortunately you don’t have many other options. I needed to get a bite to eat before my flight, and this was the only place that was still open in the entire terminal.

Had to fight family for my sandwich. Waited over 10 minutes for the food to come out, which made me nervous because I did not want to be late to board. Food was great! Happy to have it before boarding. Noticed several airline stewards eating Tortas Frontera salad, soup and sandwiches, so no airline food for me!

They missed putting pickles on my Cuban sandwich, which is a critical ingredient for the food to be correct. And of course I didn’t check it when I was there and walked all the way to my gate that was 50 miles away, before I figured it out.

We visited on 18th August 2023. Horrible service and half of the menu was unavailable. Avoid this place. Waitress serving the tables had an extremely rude attitude. Worst I’ve had as far as I remember. She shouldn’t be working in any service dealing with customers. Reading other reviews it seems the rude behavior is a regular occurrence for this waitress.

Food is ok, but it was really confusing to communicate with the staff. Ideally train them to use similar terminology as your menu to refer to your food items. Additionally, was told I can’t sit at the bar without waiting 15-20 min but there was a seat open I was declined and then someone walked right past the seating host and took it anyway. then went to wait in line and order to go. More bar Seats opens. Asked to sit, eat my food and order drinks, nope, can’t do that.

Food was really good, but the service wasn’t the best. Worth mentioning that I think this was only the case due to them being understaffed. The bartender was extremely nice and helpful, but was handling the bar and the dining area. Seemed like too much.
