I really thought this place would have good food considering how nice and clean the place looks. However, that was not the case. I ordered some Chicken flautas and they were all covered in lettuce and cheese like they were purposely trying to hide the fact that they were burnt. They were so hot and fried to the extreme that it burned through the to go container. I only took like 4 bites before deciding to just throw them away. 🙁 As a cook if you see that you have burned the food. Don’t give it to the customers man.

I love coming to this place cause they have fire food but they always never have my order correct if you have a pregnant wife and she knows what she wants don’t come here if you want your order correct so t come here I came back with half of a chicken burrito and they wanted to charger me $5.00 for there mistake now I understand there logic but I throw the other half in the trash we HATE pickled jalapeños idk why it’s so hard I ended paying $20 first 14.9 and then $5 for them to fix never coming to this location ever again!!!

Unprofessional customer service to Black customers. When black customers enters the restaurant the workers turn up their noses as if to say not welcome but when Hispanics and other race enter, they are greeted with a smile and a “how are you today”. The food is ok. Had to report to management regarding a bad incident recently. Didn’t seemed like he cared though!

Ordered this Sunday and I must say even though other cashier have been rude; the lady that helped over the phone and in person was nice. She did answer in Spanish but she spoke English just fine and food was real good per usual. The hotchata is very good also if you want a cold beverage.

Got the Nortena sub which I enjoyed. Try out their salsa bar, I had the Verde and one of the red sauces -I’d say they are mild tasting. I tried the Jamaican drink but will opt for mango or horchata next time. Don’t forget to add lime!
