Tortas Y Tacos. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I absolutely love local, home grown establishments. The front counter extremely kind. I was most impressed by how they treated a homeless man who came in with just 5 dollars and wanted something to eat. Instead of turning him away, the woman at the front worked to find him something he could afford. True community spirit here. The food was delicious. I had a Smothered Burrito con Pollo. Lovely presentation and the chef even brought it out to me. Lovely service. The beans and rice were seasoned perfectly and the chicken was tender and juicy. I would have a photo but it was gone before I could snap one. I definitely recommend this spot!

I got a steak torta I’m. It was really good. I highly recommend the food here however one thing that really bothers me is that their dream prices were kind of outrageous. The steak is well done but also not overdone. The bread is great! The vegetables that they are all fresh. The price is decent. The cheese is a good quality cheese. Portions are also really good. Overall I will return here I just will probably bring my own drink

Service was very friendly and prompt and the food was great. I had a buche taco and a bowl of menudo. The buche tasted braised or stewed rather than being fried and tasted very rich and savory. Tacos are slightly smaller than I’m used to with street tacos (maybe ~3 inch tortillas rather than ~4) but the bowl of menudo was pretty big and everything was great for the price. Complimentary chips and salsa were good too.

I love the Birria Tacos. They are so good and VERY filling. The Consommé is flavorful and fresh and you KNOW how we can taste the difference. It’s a smaller place but perfect for lunches & dinners with family and friends. I can ALWAYS count on them to have the best fresh food. You will not be disappointed.

I went here December 27, 2019 because Santiago’s was closed that day. Santiago’s has a good breakfast burrito, but this place is a bit better. The woman at the front to take orders was very friendly. She gave me a free try of horchata. First time I had had it anywhere. Very tasty. Made from scratch. Great tasting breakfast burrito. I will definitely go back.
