Tortilla Marissa’s is a restaurtant concept that was created just for the people of Northern Colorado. Our intention is to serve you the finest in North Of The Border style Southwestern and Mexican foods at reasonable prices. We use only the freshest ingredients and prepare all meals as you order them. Our sauces and chips are prepared fresh daily. We use no lard or artificial ingredients, and we use only cholesterol-free pure vegetable oil for frying. We have many vegetarian options available. Our mission is to provide such a great dining experience for you that you’ll want to come back often and tell all your friends how good we are. The best part of this place was the service. The waiter was magical. The Fajitas were not bad. The meat was well seasoned and tender. My only gripe was the guacamole was kind of black and the lettuce was not totally fresh. The 9 year old loved her food. She got a bean burrito and the flan. The artichoke dip was perfect as well.

The green chilies beer was good – my husband liked it. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they tasted like the grill was dirty. My husband had a beef burrito. My daughter-in-law had the tostada. None of the dishes were spectacular but not horrible either. The sopapillas were the best part of the whole meal. I don’t think we’d visit again. The staff was friendly.

Two for lunch. Nice place, very authentic feeling. Server was amazing, the food was not. The fish tacos had turned and were so fishy I couldn’t eat them and they refunded me without issue. 3 stars for the server and the restaurant making it right immediately And the fajitas were great.

This was my all time favorite restaurant ever. Of all time. Forever. Back home in FoCo. I was a regular, I mean like I went in almost every single weekend. They practically knew me and usually knew what I was going to order. They paid attention and remembered me. I miss them so much. I miss the good food so much. I haven’t had good food like this in so long. I was obsessed with the artichoke con queso. It’s spectacular, truly! I have so many memories here too. My fiance and I (RIP) came here lots and I will always remember those dates. If I could go back and be a regular again, I certainly would! Don’t take this amazing food for granted.
