Delicious! This is my fourth time eating at Tortilla Ranch, and my first at the Metcalf location. Every time it has been very good. Fast service, unique menu options (I ordered the nachos – they also can take your burrito and put enchilada sauce on it and run it through the oven) and fresh, flavorful ingredients. What a difference between here and Chipotle – I would choose Tortilla Ranch every time over the competition! Multiple salsas to choose from, friendly staff that genuinely seems to care, and a simple but pleasant atmosphere. Great food!

Kinda disappointing this time. Had been in previously once and ordered pick up once. This time was lacking. Items were very skimpy compared to previous orders. Paid for queso and extra veggies, didn’t get either. Tasted good, just wish the cost were better reflected in the product.

At the time of my visit there are 60 reviews of this restaurant. More than half of them say, “better than Chipotle.” So what is it? Why is that? OK, so same set up, same staffing stations, similar uniforms, etc. . Literally the same approach. Differences can be found at each point. Servers are smiling and don’t mind holding your hand while people ordered. Expansion of dishes upon all of the ingredients, ie. How hard would it be for Chipotle to make enchiladas. Just add a salamander cooker and there you go. Some added meats and fish makes all sorts of different things. They make a Horchata. That’s fun. Anything you get tired of at Chipotle can be redesigned here into something much more fun. If you feel like BBQ fish tacos, you can do that. There are different sauces to think about. I tried a hot one on my dish which I’m pretty sure was a tomatillio base/jalapeño mixed with sour cream maybe… Not sure,but it made my nose run and was tasty. Overall, I liked the place and would go back again and try something new. The Saturday and Sunday kids special is a good idea and they play with the menu and add specials.

It’s like chipotle, but better! My friend was disappointed when we walked in, but took it back when he tasted the food. He had some kind of burrito/enchilada. It looked delicious. I had a steak bowl which was pretty tasty as well. The meat is seasoned pretty well. I’m addicted to salt though so I needed more, but that’s just me. It’s great!

I ordered a Enchilada style chicken burrito last week for pick up and the burrito was out of meet no chicken just rice, beans an veggies, I called a couple of times and they told me that they will send me a gift card to my email and still don’t have anything. Bad service, the only good thing that I have to say is that the veggie burrito was good but was missing the chicken.

The food was really flavorful. Definitely my new alternative over chipotle. Has a more authentic style and the cheese dip is really good! I paid $21 for a Jarrito soda, 2 tacos with rice and beans and chips and queso. Can’t wait to try this again and switch it up next time. Lots of different options here!

This is a hardworking independent business that needs you to give them a try. Instead of waiting in the drive thru across the parking lot, get out of the car, walk in, and get some fresh, tasty Mexican style real food just the way you like it. Chicken, pork, grilled steak, or vegetarian – it’s all delicious.

Great fresh selections. Enjoy the food. Next time do not want the quesadilla in the same area as the lettuce and pico. No one wants a soggy tortilla! lol Friendly staff. Organized and clean facilty. Quick service.
