When I walked in and saw the setup I was like this is not going to be Mexican food. I ordered the quesadilla and it cost$10+. The cook pulls out a big tortilla puts it on the grill with no oil. Then she adds ground beef and cheese. I asked for sour cream and tomato on side. The food looked bland and tasted like that. One of the Worst Mexican(tex mex) I ever tasted. I grew up in Chicago with huge Mexican population so I know how authentic Mexican or Tex Mex should taste and Tortilla Ranch ain’t it. My review is only based on food.

Tortilla Ranch is definitely one of my favorite places—the food is always fantastic and full of so much flavor. As someone with a dairy allergy, that can be difficult to find! The staff are kind and extremely understanding of my allergy as well which only pushes me toward being a repeat customer. If you try something other than a burrito or bowl, ask for no cheese ahead of ordering to help out the awesome staff! Thank you for the great food and varied menu!

Finally talked my wife into coming here and she’s already talking about when she can come back! We each got a burrito prepared enchilada style (sauce and cheese on top and then run through an oven). She had medium sauce and shredded spicy chicken and I had mild sauce and shredded beef. We both ate until we were full and still each have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. Lots of toppings to choose from and the service was quick and friendly! Very fresh ingredients and very flavorful – this place beats Chipotle hands down! We will definitely be back!

No complaints about the food it was great. Dined in and got the enchilada burrito and would get it again. However I brought my kids after seeing kids eat free Saturday ad on their Facebook page but their kids meals weren’t free so that was disappointing..

Great nachos. They toast cheese on the tortilla chips before adding toppings of your choice. Atmosphere is pretty much fast food without the drive through window. Veggies are fresh. Both beans are tasty. The proteins are well seasoned. I had a taste for ground beef and I’m picky . It was excellent. My daughter compliments their chicken and steak as well. You Order at the counter where you can see what you’re ordering. My $3.75 Margarita on the rocks, served in a plastic cup without a salty rim was better than you would expect in a fast food restaurant. They call you to the counter to pick up your own meal when it’s finished. Service is fast.
