Tortilla Republic Kauai is thrilled to announce some exciting changes, on April 20, 2018 our restaurant operations will be consolidated to our downstairs dining room, lanai and bar. Lunch and dinner will be served daily along with Saturday and Sunday brunch. Our new dinner menu is a blend of all of the favorite dishes from the menus of upstairs and downstairs, with minimal changes to lunch and brunch menus. Not a big fan of Mexican food, but I’m a changes person when I tried their enchilada. I tried the one with chicken and it tasted like heaven! Everything was super fresh and it was delicious. My only regret is I haven’t discovered Tortilla Republic before.

Great location, but a little hard to find. The lady who sat us was great! We came on a Saturday night and it was a little busy. Bout a 10 minute wait, but well worth it! The atmosphere and music are very nice. The salsa was probably the best I’ve ever had. I got the steak tacos and they were outstanding, even the side of beans was delicious. Some of, if not the, best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Wow! Price is a bit high, but you won’t lose any sleep over it.

Great chips and salsa, beer is cold, they do not serve any tap beers here. The happy hour is very affordable and has a good selection of quick bites. We ordered the Mexican corn, it was leaving a bit to be desired. The service here was quick and they were very attentive, the burrito is huge and they have a great selection of tequilas. I will be back, hopefully they get a little more authentic with their corn rather than trendy.

My short rib burrito was to die for. However we also ordered another burrito and chose to get the sauces, with kind of took away from the flavor of the burrito itself. The service was fantastic although it did take a little while for our check to be collected

Tacos were excellent. Salsa had a great flavor with nice smokey tones. Habanero sauce was great, just enough heat to enjoy. Atmosphere is terrific!

Dante made our experience the best. Even though he forgot about us in the beginning but made it up the rest of the night. The food was good the margaritas are the best on the island and I tried several at different places. And if you like tequila they have the best selection on the island.

This restaurant is highly popular, so my girlfriend and I tried to give a go. The place was really cozy with enough fresh air. I loved the burrito because it tastes great, ad very satisfying. My girl loved the guacamole cause she’s a big fan of healthy food. We also got some of their cocktails which were great, too. We enjoyed our time here.

Our favourite restaurant on Kauai. We expected the great service and food that we got (all at a reasonable price), but what we didn’t expect was how great the vibes would be. It’s a great place to go to in order to unwind after a beautiful day at the beach. We especially loved the salsa we got with the chips. Great food!
