I been here few times, I figured I have to give another chance. I know prices have gone up, and I don’t mind paying, but the food is still terrible. Yes!! He gives you 3 lbs of cook rice, which is a waste, and only a few shrimp. I ordered shrimp teriyaki. Shrimp was like rubber, so over cooked. This place should be close down. Sorry.

Borderline inedible, rice was raw and hard and basically took up the entire plate, petite portion of chicken. Without question the worst teriyaki I have ever had.

I picked 2 orders to go and thought it was a lot of food judging from the weight. When I opened the container, the weight was from all the rice in the main tray section . Little meat in the smaller sections.

Chicken is bland and barely reheated. Pitiful portions. Not a good value as a lunch spot. I wont be back. So many better options.

Food was OK, owner was comically rude and I won’t be coming back. I asked if he had extra teriyaki sauce and he said it was an extra charge. Before I could reply, he immediately went on a tirade about how nothing extra is free and how inappropriate it was for me to even ask. He proceeded to talk about how everything is so much more expensive now (yes, we all know) and how we shouldn’t be proud of this country. This guy obviously is going through some stuff, and I feel for him, but it sure is bad form to take it out on customers.

The owner was very rude. I asked for chop sticks and he got angry saying there was a fork in the bag. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. The salad was abunch of yellow and white chunks. A waste of money and time. Won’t be going there again.

Wish I could give this restaurant less than 1 star but the food is good. The guy behind the counter needs to learn customer service really quickly. He lost 3 customers today and I will not be back. He pretty much refused service to me because I didn’t pay with a card that has a chip… well excuse me. Maybe if I had known, I would have got cash out of the ATM and not had to see you throw such a fit. My boss came back very upset and that could have been avoided maybe putting up a sign that says you do not welcome cards that don’t have a chip. So rude and unprofessional. I’ll GLADLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I sat at one of the outside tables today with my 2 small children to share some ice cream. The owner came up to my family, in front of my children, and started belligerently yelling at us to leave, because the table was for his business. The business was slow, with only one other family sitting outside. No one in sight needed or wanted the table. He went inside for about 5 seconds and then came out and proceeded to continue screaming at me and my children. I told him we would gladly leave if anyone else needed the table, but he continued to just yell at us. He even cursed us loudly from inside the business as we walked away to our car. If you enjoy being treated like a decent human being, especially with small children around, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Sadly, he also did this in front of the other family too, and they had a baby. Wow…

I paid $20.06 cash for $13.86 meal. He got out the change, but I thought he owed me 6.80. I was counting the change portion that he slid into my hand. Saw my math was wrong and should be .90. Said yes sir of course u do this all day u know the change. Dumped the coins into my change pocket of my wallet. Closed my purse then thought to give a tip. I then realized he didn’t give the $6 too because I had a $20 and two $10s and nothing else in my wallet or purse. I thought I was tripping. Went to the outside dining table(the inside is blocked off except for the entry to order) emptied my purse and wallet took everything out and laid it on the metal table and then shook out my purse…it was completely empty, completely. I never left the property between the outside table and door. Wearing tights and a tank today. Nowhere it could go there either. Walked back in to see if it was on the floor…nothing. He claims he gave it to me…if so, where did it go? That $6 wasn’t anywhere. It disappeared into thin air. He got upset when I asked him where it went. Told me I better go find it…
