BBQ! Everything we tried was great. Brisket, chicken, smoked sausage, tots, and last but not least the Totchoes! Bummed that they were out of ribs. We will have to go back and try again! If you like a lot of sauce, you will want to add it to your order. Service was great. We brought a cake for a birthday celebration and they lent us a knife and gave us “plates”. Went the extra mile!

Good BBQ. I had the chopped brisket and it was delicious. Smoky, savory and tender. The quarter chicken tasted great. I also liked the mac’n’cheese. Strong smoke flavor. Until today, I never knew a Gatorlope existed. They had one on the wall. I didn’t see a jackalope anywhere? They must be more elusive to find. LOL. Good job, everyone. Your food was awesome.

The folks who run the place are good people, and so is their food. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big! Staff created a welcoming atmosphere that felt like you just went to your grandma’s for supper. The brisket was lean and cooked perfectly (very smokey and tender). Their sausage was juicy and had the right amount of spice. Their bbq sauce was legendary, and as a born and raised texan, it tastes like home. 10/10 would dine here again.

Everything was O.K. EXCEPT for the food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with tots and then a side of Mac and cheese and my husband ordered the sliced brisket and tots. Both of our meals and 2 drinks cost $42.00 and it was cold as hell and the Mac and cheese was cold and dry! I don’t believe I will be returning to this restaurant nor do I recommend this restaurant. Oh and the sweet BBQ sauce was weird tasting.

At first look the atmosphere seemed good. However, the brisket I ordered was dry and room temperature. The flavor was alright but could have been way better. My girlfriend had also ordered the bbq chicken and it was also extremely dry and room temperature. For the high price demanded I am disappointed with the quality. Would not come back.

I’m not huge on BBQ, but my family and I really enjoyed their food! It’s very similar to City Barbecue, but I think the staff here is friendlier. If you’re coming here with a group, NOT EVERYONE NEEDW THEIR OWN PLATTER!!! The five of us all ended up with TONS of leftovers. Prices are to be expected with a quality barbecue place. Definitely worth a try!

This family owned/ran BBQ joint is just what Findlay was missing! Amazing smoked BBQ that will make you think you’re in Texas! And the peach cobbler will make you feel like grandma just served you dessert with real ice cream. Everyone was so helpful answering questions and recommending their favorites. They have only been open a few days but it is one of my favorite places already!
