Ok the first time my son and I got wings/fries—they were great. But when my son brought us wings/fries yesterday (01.28.2023) there was a long hair in my wings. It wasn’t the little chicken hairs. This was a black hair. I was disgusted and threw our food away. I went back & forth about this but I can’t deal with hair in food.

I have never in my life write a review. But I felt this was necessary. The hospitality just SUCKED. I called ahead to try to place a Call-In immediately they put me on hold and walked away. I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes while hearing them take a order. No one ever came to the phone. I said forget it I’ll just go get them. Came in and while talking to one girl a bigger girl stated “I don’t know why they come after 10 trying to order”. Took our order and we paid and waited. My boyfriend was aware of the comment so he was irritable and when we proceeded to grab the food they were just talking to each other while we were asking if we could have ranch. Due to them conversations with each other Our order was wrong. The wings are definitely great. But the people working there are DEFINITELY NOT.
