This was my first time here and the food did not disappoint! This is a walk-up eatery. Once inside, head to the counter and order your meal. You are given a number to place on your table before it’s delivered to you, hot off the grill. What I liked about this place was they bring you your food as it is ready in the kitchen rather than keeping your food in the back until your entire table’s food is ready. This allows for your meal to be hot and fresh and doesn’t allow any time for it to get cooled off while waiting for other meals to be prepped.

My husband and I like trying new places and decide to get food from here picked up from doordash. I have ordered salads from places before, and this was their idea of a southwest salad (see picture). Had I not been hungry and tired, I would have driven there and shown a manager. Never getting food from here again, this was unacceptable and looked like they just threw it together and then had the audacity to charge me 13 for it.

I’m not sure why I didn’t have higher expectations walking into this place – I guess I just hadn’t heard anything about it, despite there being several locations in the Triangle. And largely, I’ve been underwhelmed over my 8+ years in the area – as to what folks here call good burgers.

Decided to give this place a try after hearing about it from a friend. I’m glad I went in to pick up and that I didn’t order from Doordash because the food was great & still hot and wasn’t squished and shaken up like someone was twirling it around in a plastic grocery bag. I had arrived early on Saturday night since this was my first time picking up from this establishment and I had the opportunity to talk to the staff while waiting for my expected pick up time and there is a great group of people working at the Raleigh Location. I would definitely give this place a shot if you’re looking through the reviews trying to determine if this is the spot to go today.

Get. In. My. Belly!! I was in the mood for a good burger and I stumbled across Town Hall. At first glance the menu and ratings had me intrigued and I’m so glad we decided to give it a try. I had the Tar Heel Burger and it was a treat. The parmesan truffle fries were just the right amount of crisp on the outside with a soft center. It’s a must try!

Six visits now, and AWESOME EVERY TIME! Best burger in the area hands down. I try burgers everywhere I go, and have never left a review, but absolutely had to about Town Hall. The burgers are delicious, served perfectly cooked, and extremely fast. Lots of TVs to watch and a bar, but the food comes out so fast your attention immediately goes to your plate

Tried this place out today and was so impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the place was super clean, and the food was great! I got the Cowboy Burger and my husband did a Build Your Own. We got a basket of fries to share and they were delicious. Immediately texted my family afterward to tell them of our discovery! Definitely have plans to come back!

Great experience at Town Hall Burger & Beer. The burgers are delicious and worth the money. This place is a bit pricey so be prepared to spend a bit more. Good customer service and helpful staff. You place your order at the counter and then seat yourself, your order will be brought to you. Really good fries too! I’d recommend one basket per two people. Heads up that this place can get crowded quick. There’s 11 standard tables, 1 high top, and 12 bar seats. If you go at a peak time expect seating to be limited. Two big flat screens over the bar and two smaller screens in the main dining area. Cute outdoor dining area. Gluten free buns for a $2 upcharge. High sanitation rating as well.

Great burgers & beer make this place great. If you sit at the bar, you get full service. At the tables, you have to go to the bar for beers. I highly recommend the tater tots and the 8oz hamburgers. Mine was made exactly how I ordered it (medium rare), and it was perfect. Julie, behind the bar, was an excellent bartender.

Loved this place. Note: You have to walk up and order. If it’s your first time there, don’t sit at the table because no one will come ;). I went with my teenager, mother and I. I quit dairy and lowered by carbs last month but they have custom options that were amazing!! I ordered the burger with vegan cheese, on a lettuce bun and onion straws( I had to splurge). It was delish!. My son got the cheeseburger with bacon and ketchup and my mom one of their salads. Everything was perfect. My mom and son said the fries were amazing! I will go back! I just grabbed shots of the healthy options because my son already was eating his burger 😉
