The reason I’m giving this place five stars is because of the service I received! I’m a stickler for really good service. This is the only place in Pittsfield that I’m aware of where you can get a gyro. And because I was walking and had to tie the bag to my walking poles, I thought I was driving the girl crazy explaining how I needed it wrapped up so it didn’t fall all over the place. But she was very patient and nice about it and by the time I got home everything was fine. She bagged it up really, really good! As far as the food itself, excellent! They have the kind of french fries I like and the gyro dinner comes with fries and a side salad. For $8.50 which is way better than a fast food place!

Here’s my first online review ever right here and it’s a Bad one. Ordered a sub without onion, due to onion allergy.. received it with onions. Brought it back to be made right and the guy was very rude, told us we should’ve ordered it that way but when he went and looked at the slip the man had written when taking our order, indeed it said without onion. He scraped out the steak from the roll, put steak back on grill and remade the sandwich. We have gotten the wrong sandwiches another time. Tonight will be the last time they get any of our business, specifically asked for a steak and cheese bomb with the order repeated back to me over the phone & Was asked how we wanted the sub made when we got there. They still messed it up and made it with no cheese. I called to tell them it was made wrong and again, got horrible customer service. With an attitude telling me I need to specify that when ordering which I did, & he says “ what do you want me to do, give you some cheese you can put it on it?” I’ll tell you what they should do is get more orders right and learn how to treat customers. Terrible business and service. Don’t go here. So so rude

I had been here in the past and wasnt pleased, the customer service was very rude and stand offish. LUCKILY, today there where two guys working there that were very friendly. Admittedly I only called cause everywhere else had 45mins waits on a sub…no thanks. Ordered the Steak tip sub with grilled onions and a large fried. Was ready in 10mins, and as far as the sandwich goes…it was some big tips! Also the large fry is like a pound of fries. Gets a 4 due to bad history.

Went today, there is a new girl. $47.09 for 4 drinks, 2 supposed to be small subs, a chicken fingers dinner, and a large italien. Very disappointed in the food. It used to be good. I am disappointed that the orders got messed up. I clearly said small turkey, small italien…. Definitely not worth $50. Could have gone somewhere nice for that price.

First, I ABSOLUTELY disagree that the workers goof off. Secondly I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree that the sauce (made fresh) & the crust are fantastic. He knows not to work the dough too much, unlike Jacks around the corner where the crust is like shoe leather. This place always has well cooked food. Food that shows that someone has taken some time. No assembly line food here. Try it. You’ll go back again. If you like loaded pizza, his house special is to die for.

We have ordered from Town Pizza multiple times over the past two years we have lived in Pittsfield. At first, the pizza wasn’t great but we didn’t give up on them and still ordered every now and then. Tonight, Town Pizza has definitely got it right. Crispy chicken wings and the best fries. Also they changed their cheese and sauce which now tastes much better. They use their own house dressing for the salads that were made fresh. The salad was simply amazing. I definitely will be returning and would recommend Town Pizza to anyone looking for freshly made food here in Pittsfield.

We love this Pizza shop. The sauce and the crust are especially delicious. Only wish we could get artichokes and fresh mushrooms, but small compared to how yummy the pizza is. Thank you Town Pizza!

Terrible service, rude and crummy pizza. Two times we have gone, two times the owner argued with us over the order. Went as a last resort because Jacks was closed. Never again. I’ll starve next time.
