Stacy Spedale with t’Pot Noir Cajun Kitchen is the best ever! Stacy is an excellent cook, very creative and has excellent options for all of your dietary needs. I have enjoyed numerous meals that she has prepared, with my favorites being the pulled pork, meatloaf and the smothered pork chops. She caters to a networking group that I’m a member of, so I get to enjoy her meals weekly. The meal prep menu is excellent too. She has countless options, and anyone can find their favorites. And it sure is handy to have a nice variety of meals already prepared for you when your schedule is busy and you don’t have time to cook! Fantastic home cooked meals that will sure please everyone! I invite all my friends and family to experience t’Pot Noir Cajun Kitchen. You will be going back for more!!!

Truly an authentic Cajun kitchen from scratch with love! Will pop in for a plate lunch anytime I’m driving from Houston to Lafayette which is often! C’est bon Cher! Don’t skip that crawfish cornbread and crawfish etouffee! Its the real deal. You just know its definitely cooked in a little black cast iron pot or “t pot noir” no doubt about it. *chefs kiss

No way to give anything but a five star here. Stacey does the healthy food prep for me and I really just can’t say enough about it. The meals are healthy, very tasty, and she does a wonderful job keeping them healthy yet tasty which is always tricky.
