This was our first visit after passing it for a couple of weeks. We encountered an employee on the way in and asked how the food was. He replied “Excellent”. Well he was right…and it turned out he was the Manager. Our waitress was personable, professional and knew the menu. She was attentive to when we needed drink refills and checked on us often. The only negative thing, and it is very small, is we felt that the refried beans were a little too salty. We still enjoyed them and the whole meal. Lots of flavor and the deserts were delicious! Tacos, pablano pepper, tamale, enchilada, tres leches cake, banana cheesecake chimi. We will be back to done here soon.

Stopped by for margaritas on a Tuesday afternoon. NO happy hour and Medium margaritas are $15.99! It wasn’t until a friend texted and told me to check the menu for the price before I got in too deep that I learned how expensive they were. The margaritas were good and all, but that price for that size is probably going to slow this new restaurant from succeeding. The service was very good.

My new fav Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was festive, and also neat and clean. Coming from someone that is picky about salsa and jokes about drinking good salsa thru a straw, the salsa was very different but so amazing! My house margarita was decorated so pretty and the taste was sooo good. And last but not least, our server Rose was so sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Came here last night. The new owners did a really good job with the renovation. I tried the fajita platter and a frozen strawberry margarita and it was amazing. So glad that it’s not Papis anymore. Will definitely come back.

Tonight was my first time to visit under the new ownership. I was a little aprehensive. Between my wife and i w my picky needs and her dietary restraints, i grilled the server w questions. The ones she could not answer she got quickly. So service was great, Rita’s were exceptional, and the food was on point. Our group of 4 walked away satistified. But i do hope that the Thurs night dj gets booked for every Thurs instead of rot. T’quilas gets my recommendation for everyone wanting a good experience in Denham.

Came on a Friday night looking for live music and good food. We found both here. Rocking ‘Rouge was the patio band playing great music as we sipped on mojitos and Bahama Mama’s. Both were very good cocktails. But by far, you have to try the hawaiian chicken bbq quesdilla. It was DELICIOUS! We will be back for this combination in the near future. Glad to see live music in the area!!
