The garlic cheese curds are literally to die for, and the lemon ice box pie was really good too. Definitely a small town mom and pop dive sort of place, but that’s the appeal too. My *only* gripe is that the cheese on the pony shoe is awful. It’s like unseasoned nacho cheese. A pony shoe should have like from scratch white or light yellow cheese, but it was lowkey nasty. Oh well, everything else was perfect!

We had lunch here today and it was delicious and filling. I had the BLT with fries and macaroni salad. My husband had the tenderloin. The BLT was perfect, the fries cooked perfect crisp, and the tenderloin was amazing. The service was wonderful, friendly and attentive. Prices are really good for the amount of food you get. Highly recommend. Love that breakfast is served all day! Definitely worth the trip if you aren’t in the area. We will be back!

Off the beaten trail next door to the deserted train station in Chillicothe (hence the name!) Worth a trip to go! Food is VERY plentiful and EXCELLENT!! Get the garlic cheese curds… excellent!!! Everything was the best. Take a day. Go find them. Prices are great too. We will be back!

The food is typically good. Wish they had yellow mustard tho. Service is hit or miss but never in a way I would get all ruffled about. Most of the pricing is pretty reasonable. All things considered it’s one of the best places in Chillicothe to grab some grub.

This place is the place to go for some good food and friendly service. The owner is very friendly and willing to chat with you. In the end you leave feeling full and with a smile on your face. You feel like you just left your mom’s place after a good home cooked meal.

Fantastic! Loved this cozy place! We were 8 adults for breakfast; the food was great! Had the blueberry pancakes which were mouth watering. Service was excellent and ambience fabulous. Definately worth the trip! My only regret that we only ate here once.
