Such a great little gem of a find! Will DEF return here and would absolutely recommend. I was out with a friend last night in Chattanooga and we were craving a late night, early morning meal after ALL of the dancing. At first we weren’t sure if it was even open, but I’m glad I knocked on the door to see if they were! Firstly, the two women working were just lovely and so welcoming. We were immediately greeted and sat. We got our order in quickly and without the waitress writing anything down. And did it all come out perfectly? YES. The bacon was as crispy as I asked, the onion rings were perfection, and my friend’s burger was cooked like she liked it. It was exactly what we wanted and we loved it and the place.

Love this place. The service was great,and the food was fantastic. Really like the sign as you walk in that says, we are understaffed, so please be patient with the ones that show up to work. No one wants to work anymore. The ones that were there did a wonderful job! I appreciate what they do.

Enjoyed our breakfast!! We both had Western omelette. I had a short stack (pancakes the size of the plate!) Freshly brewed iced tea was wonderful. Service was superb!! And I loved the ol’ time diner atmosphere.

Burgers are fresh and well cooked. It’s not a fancy place, but food is good. Usually, we see groups of railroad personnel as they use the attached motel for layovers.

Walked in to a sign that said they were very short staffed because no one wants to work anymore. No server was in sight and tables that were seated seemed to be waiting uncomfortably for food. Cook looked beyond annoyed. I think this restaurant probably needs to consider paying people more or improving working conditions to retain staff Anyway, we won’t be returning anytime soon and it’s unfortunate because looks like a really cool restaurant if they could figure out staffing.

Came in today, a Sunday around noon…The restaurant was very busy there were 2 cooks and 1 waiter. The waiter left leaving just the cooks. One cook was also waiting all tables/to go’s while also helping the other cook who seemed newer. Everything came out perfect I wish I would have caught his name, but the cook was amazing! Keep an upbeat positive attitude even with everything he had going on. Service was decently quick too taking into account everything! Definitely will be going back, and hope this gentleman gets a raise cause he deserves it!

When we arrived, we were the only ones in the restaurant. There were at least 4 take out orders and 4 other customers dining in. The waitresses called most of them by name so this is a hot spot for quite a few regulars. The food was great! I ordered the Western omelet with American and provolone and my friend ordered the Railroad omelet both were delicious. I always take home leftovers and my friend always eats the entire meal. He admitted this was A HUGE amount of food as he packed his leftovers. Great casual atmosphere and awesome food with welcoming waitstaff.

Hairs in food, didn’t get bacon. Manager made excuses says it’s just the restaurant business now. Sorry but I have not went anywhere else and gotten hair or been where they are nor wearing hair nets! Because I spit my hair n food in napkins they said I ate all of it if they had looked under napkins they would have seen food. I did eat 2 and half pieces of toast. But gross and dirty! They touch hair, money and then food without washing hands. Not a good place to go. Bad customer service!
