I’ve eaten here four times, on three of those visits, I saw insects that appeared to be roaches crawling on the table or wall. This restaurant needs to be kept much cleaner. There is always an excellent beer selection and the food, while expensive for what it is, is mostly good. Service needs improvement. There’s often a long wait to place an order, even when the place isn’t busy. Wait staff is not well-trained on the beer list and unable to help answer questions.

Unique and rustic atmosphere with a great variety of tasty bites and drafts. No domestic beer unfortunately. Hostess was a 1 man show on Sunday night – seating, taking drink orders, making drinks, and serving us while our server was preoccupied. All around a great energy employee who should definitely be appreciated by their management and promoted ASAP.

The reviews are correct: good food, terrible service. Took an hour to get served brunch, it wasn’t crowded. They forgot one of my eggs. Bartender chatted with other guests after saying she’d bring our check. Two stars only because the food and bourbon selection was good.

We came in last minute at night with my team, we were from out of state and needed somewhere to eat, and we couldnt have found a better place, with a nicer waitress. KAYLA took us in, placed our orders before kitchen closed and we were able to enjoy Great BBQ and Great Margaritas because of her. She made us feel right at home with her service and friendliness. Want to say thanks to the staff and everyone in it for the camaraderie its nice to know downtown philly has great food locations like this. Totally will come again in the future

We got the pick 3 with pulled pork, brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, collard greens, corn bread, house pickles, and cole slaw. Delicious! Serving sides were huge, we couldn’t finish it all.
