We went to the Tradewinds Buffet before a show at Treasure Island Casino. It sounds like they only open the buffet on special occasions. We should have skipped it. First, you pay on a touch pad & it suggests a big tip, so we did, like we would normally do. However, there is no reason to. You get your own food and drinks, like a normal buffet. We get more service with fast food. Then we waited in line for the hot food, which was a very small selection. That would be ok if the food was good. It was not. It was bland, flavorless and not good. The shrimp was frozen peel your own shrimp cocktail. I was there for the prime rib, but it was also flavorless, and I don’t know if it was the lights or what, but it looked gray at the table. I also tried the brisket, and all of the flavor came from the loaded on BBQ sauce. The pizza looked good, but it was not. I don’t know how they can make such a bad, bland pizza. The desserts were just ok, mostly pie. They were frozen from a box and I think they were defrosting on the buffet; my wife’s pie was still frozen in spots. We didn’t go back for seconds. I would never go back, even if it was free. It was $29, but it’s a $10 buffet at best.

Worst buffet ever! On Saturday 08/05/23 I went with my wife to eat this delicious buffet… for 29 dollars per person … surprise surprise was nothing to eat there, chicken was old and dry, pasta was gross, the shrimp was frozen and the dessert’s not even decent… please keep this place close because is a joke.

Hey,its a casino buffet, in the smoking section of said such casino. I eat there quite often and like with all buffets, its hit it miss. But alot of hits. Great place,and food. (The breakfast bar is to die for) and open late,9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.

Paid $22.00 per person for brunch buffet only to find out no refreshment of breakfast items after 11:30 except for what’s left on the warming buffet tables or under heat lamps. We got in at 12:30 and no breakfast for what’s supposed to be Brunch. More than half of what’s offered is cheap mediocre items you would find at an Old Country buffet.
