Staff was super sweet… We was staying in the Shawnee forest & came across this place in Google maps. We had the fried chicken special (was a while chicken breast butterflied) which came w/corn, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, ham we got a biscuit. Food was oh soo good, cute little place right @ a campground.

Clean, air-conditioned, hearty amounts, friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Good food? They have it here, too. Glad I made the recommended trip for the fried catfish dinner.

Hidden gem in the Shawnee Forest! We (6 of us) stopped in on motorcycles. Cool little bar and grill with an awesome outside seating area. Grilled bologna sandwich is the best!

Love the atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced. I got the jerked chicken sandwich which was quite tasty, honestly wanted to ask about the recipe for the jerk sauce and forgot.

Visiting from up north and spent the entire day exploring the state parks and we were looking for a quick bite. Stumbled across this place and most reviews looked very promising. A bit of out of the way but now I can say it was completely worth it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Answered every question we had. Food was absolutely delicious and the iced tea and lemonade was amazing. We have already decided that are coming back next time we are visiting. Food was amazing, simple and wonderfully delicious.
