Came across this place on my to Atlanta. Had great reviews, I even followed you all on Instagram. Jerk chicken Jamaican patty was great! However my half rack of lamb was over seasoned, making it extremely salty, and the meat itself was way too tough. I want to give you all another try in the future, but I’m debating . $30 for 4 tiny lamb chops that wasn’t cooked properly and nearly inedible. Hopefully I can change my review, was I return. Fast service though, and the woman at the register had great customer service. The issue is definitively in the kitchen

The food and customer service was pure garbage!! We called in our order. They said it’ll be 30 mins. When we got there, we still had to wait an additional 20 mins. We didn’t smell any food cooking. They served us old slaw, zucchini, and squash, lil wings that were cold. The list goes on. It was a waste of money and our time!!

This was one of the best spots in Memphis!!!!Jason and young lady at the counter were THE BEST!!!! First time eating shrimp and grits (OMG The Best!!).Fried pickles off the chain!!!! I ordered the stuffed turkey burger with baked beans with turkey ground and the house strawberry lemonade. Turkey burger was delicious. But I didn’t get the meat in my beans and it was soaked in the sauce with a few beans after I drained the very very sweetened sauce off it. And the house juice was good but very expensive. My bill was $28. Too darn expensive. I can’t afford to go back.

I order Trap Fusion on DoorDash (Cordova location) often & love the food every time, but this time I decided to go to the Whitehaven location and was very disappointed. I decided to get the blackened salmon and my friend got the jerk chicken. The wait, for one, was unacceptable.. we waited about an hour or longer for our food. The blackened salmon was only lightly seasoned, the rice and beans tasted like mushy air, and the broccoli was just ok. My friend said the same about the rice and thought the chicken should have been cooked a little longer. Honestly, the veggie Jamaican patty was the most flavorful item I ate. Sadly, cause I loveeee Trap Fusion, I don’t plan on visiting this location again.
