This is the worst Jamaican food we have had. The previous owner sold the business and now the new owner is giving Jamaican food a bad name. The food is horrible. The oxtail was hard and lack of flavor so was the rice and peas. I had the curry chicken and it made me sick to my stomach. Service is poor. It seems like they can’t even afford buying napkin as they were short of. They added a mysterious $3.00 fees extra on our bill and the waitress had to take it off. This new owner won’t last long unless they hire cooks that can cook authentic Jamaican food and provide the proper customer service.

The food was horrible! Fish was cooked way before I ordered it! It was rubbery and very salty! Cabbage was hot as if hot peppers were cooked in it! I called the store and asked them not to serve that food to anyone else and the rice was very dry! Worse food I ever had, could not eat two forks full.. Mouth was burning from the hot peppers…

First time having Jamaican food and WOW!!!! I got the curry goat with sweet potatoes and rice and beans and it was fantastic. The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. The sides created a complimentary and well rounded flavor profile. The portion size was huge and lasted me 3 meals. Definitely recommend!!

We went for lunch at 12:15 and the patties were not ready to order yet which was disappointing. They have no lunch specials listed on the menu, only their website. I got the Jerk chicken lunch special which had great flavor, but was a little smaller portion than what I would have liked.

I usually check reviews before I try new food spots but today I was on the move and wanted something quick. The food definitely does not taste like authentic Jamaican food!! I ordered a jerk chicken platter with rice and peas and cabbage. The chicken wasn’t terrible but I’ve definitely had better. It was soggy and watery?? Usually jerk is grilled, I’m not sure how they prepared this chicken. The meat was tender tho. The rice and peas barely had flavor. The cabbage also lacked flavor and was hard. Somehow everything was salty. There was no spice or herbs in sight like mentioned in their item descriptions. Usually jerk chicken comes with a jerk sauce, but this place did not?? I’ve never had bad Jamaican food until today…I’m usually not a review leaver but this was crazy cause I didn’t know Jamaican food could even be bad……If you are looking for some quality Jamaican food look elsewhere because this spot did not give that at all.
