Great place to get authentic Mexican food! I’d love to come back when it’s warmer so I can dine on their beautiful patio. Definitely recommend. *Update: I have finally eaten outside in the beautiful space they have. The tables have umbrellas so you won’t get sunburned. Staff is always super friendly and service was great. An all around great experience. Food is moderately priced with meals right around $13 and $8 margaritas. Definitely recommend.

This was the first time my family and I came here after seeing some good reviews, so we decided to drive up from Caledonia to try it out. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, as the food was delicious and authentic, however the service was horrible. First of all, our server wanted to seat us right next to a table of about 6 young adults who were having some fun conversation, while the entire dining area was empty, so I suggested a different spot, not knowing it was next to a door that patrons can use, not to mention it was below zero out (yes, we were that hungry to go out). Once we noticed it my husband asked if we can move and she rudely said in Spanish, “por eso te dije” meaning “that’s why I told you” which she never did. How were we to know people were using that door until someone exited? Our server was inattentive. She came to our table to take our order, bring our drinks and food out. That was it. We mentioned that we needed refills, but she forgot. Not sure if they were short staffed, but she did pay much attention to the table next to us. She even charged us for a couple of their margaritas! Where are the 3 hermanos when you need them? Hope they get her some help.

The bar is fun. The vibe to me was kind of liken you find yourself in an old, worn neighborhood Mexico City or Havana late at night and you find a shabby-chic little dive bar to wander into. And have a great time!
