Recently started going to Tri La Bite with coworkers who eat there regularly and I’m glad they introduced me. Awesome service, solid portions, great flavor pairings and okra. Love okra. The chorizo blue cheese burger is awesome as is their current bourbon burger special. I have also tried their veggie wrap which is great as well. I haven’t had all the burgers in Alpine but I’m sure their burgers are in the running for best in town. Stop by if you see them open.

Good lord I just finished one of the best burgers I can remember having. Really nice stuff. I didn’t know that they no longer offer the Philly cheesesteak quesadilla when I ordered it but they decided to hook me up with one. It was awesome.

I recently bought a house and moved to Alpine, Texas, so I’m trying out all the Restaurants. Their Blue Cheese Chorizo is amazing. I rank their Blue Cheese Chorizo a tie as the best burger in Alpine, Texas with the double cheeseburger from Bock Burger Takeaway. It’s tough to rank or compare the two since Blue Cheese Chorizo is a different type of burger. I will be back to order the Blue Cheese Chorizo Burger.
