Ordered an iced vanilla oat latte and asked for half sweet for my husband. I drove all the way home and had to drive back to the shop. I nicely asked the worker if she could remake it because it was too sweet. She made me pay for it again when it wasn’t my fault. I couldn’t believe it. No coffee shop makes you repay for a drink faulty on their end. Bad customer service. Payed $8+ for this one drink. We’re very upset.

I want to start out by saying the customer service was great and I had no issues with that so appreciate the kind service . My family and I ordered 3 drinks here and sadly two of them turned out pretty bad. My little one got a hot chocolate that was to be honest the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever got at a coffee shop and my boyfriend added a flavor to his coffee and not only did it not taste like the flavor ordered but it made the drink pretty hard to get through. I’m not sure what type of syrups are used but I guess they might not be for us. I will say my drink turned out decent and I was not unhappy with it.

Stopped by after visiting some friends and the coffee was amazing. The prices for me personally are a little high but I think every penny I spent was worth that delicious latte. I’ll come again if I’m ever in town again 🙂
