I ordered a half pound of brisket and 10 chicken wings and my wife ordered pulled pork, brussel sprouts, and BBQ bean. She really enjoyed the flavor of the pulled pork…nice job on the sides also!

Colby and his staff take great care of you. The BBQ tater is awesome and I happened to get the last one. Food is always fresh and seasoned properly. Mac and cheese is a favorite. Oh yeah the wings are big and flavorful. Highly recommend!!!

This is my rating for the area, against KC BBQ or Texas it would probably 3-3.5. I did a taste test against another BBQ joint in Dalton and this place won hands down. I tried the ribs first the first place I ordered from not really much smoke flavor and they fell right off. Trinity had a really good rub on it that you can definitely taste and a good Smokey flavor. It also had a little pull when you take the first bite that you are looking for. The brisket had a nice smoke ring, good rub and good Smokey flavor. The other place was dry, chopped and lacked in flavor and smokeyness. I also like the baked beans better at Trinity, they just had a richer flavor. The sauces were good at both places. However the preference was trinity’s sauce. The other side I got was southern slaw, it was ok. Not great. But nice job Trinity.

3 Meat Plate is a Great Choice! Chicken Salad Is Really Good! Potato Salad is Good, and Different! Has cheese and I think sour cream… Instead of Mayo and Mustard base.

Hands down best food I’ve had! Every time cooked perfectly! The flavors are unreal and the portions are huge! The service is just as great too! Always professional and the energy is always happy! I showed up 1 day over a year ago now I go couple times a week! . Everything’s good here! I live for them sloppy fries and deep south burger though come hungry n leave satisfied

Our food was absolutely perfect! I had the Sloppy Fries and added pulled pork. It was the perfect portion size and I ate every bit. My husband got the Aloha Fries special and he loved it! The guy that took our order was super nice and helpful. The rest of our family got nachos and a plate and they said it was amazing too. I really loved the BBQ they used too. Some of my favorite!

Trinity BBQ catered for my dads 60th birthday. We ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken trays. It was all soooo good. We got several compliments for the food. I will be using them again if we want catered food for an event.
