The food is really good here, but the customer service could certainly use some work. I called to check on an order to find out the ETA for the delivery. I stated that immediately upon Trios picking up the phone. I then gave my name and order number as well. The woman answering the phone told me I was confusing her and would not give me an ETA. She just kept saying that it would be out for delivery soon and seemed very annoyed with me. I called the number (that they said to direct questions to) listed in the email receipt.

3% extra fee to use the most common form of payment in the world? They charge 3% extra if you use a credit card which is absolutely outrageous. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are profiting off the 3% extra charge. Shame on them, Glenside deserves better.

Some of the best pizza in the area. You can tell that everyone takes pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the pizza. We had a plain pizza – which was good. Their specialty pies are really what set the apart. We also had one with fig, arugula, balsamic, blue cheese, and prosciutto. It was really blend of all those flavors and went really well together. I actually came to Trios for their outdoor deck, which was perfect for a cool afternoon summer and ended up enjoying the entire meal.
