The food has improved a lot since opening. The chicken is juicy and definitely the best ribs around. The service was spot on and the atmosphere is relaxing, was like visiting my Nana’s. The staff seems more like family and not just co workers. I will most definitely be going back.

Just wanted to say how happy I am to see this little place back in business. Have been eating here since the place first opened many years ago, was sad to see it close for the time that it did. I live in East Tn now but always make it a point stop before heading home. I have not found a place here in my area that comes close, some of the best BBQ and the mustard cole slaw is amazing. Folks please be patient with them as they get back on their feet, its a great little family owned restaurant and worth the wait. Best of Luck to you!

We visited on Sunday, September 1, 2019. Quiet a few people waiting, but we had a short (10 minute wait) for a table. Once seated, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for 5/6 people of our party received our food. 10 minutes later had to ask for our other meal. 1 meal not right but didn’t make an issue. After waiting to pay, we were there almost 2 hours. Food not bad, but wait was way too long. I know they’ve just opened, so I would hope this should be fixed soon.

I love working here, everyone is like a huge family. They work with you on scheduling and give time off when needed. I can work as much or as little as I need. Which is great for a single mom. I feel like everyone respects me and treats me like I am important. Which is something I didn’t have at my last job. I love the food, it’s all great. The turkey and greens are to die for. So come in and try them you will love them as well.

I used to love to go to Triple R when I was a kid and was so excited they reopened. But after today experience unfortunately I’ll probably never go back. It started out bad from the get go. We got seated and it took atleast 15 minutes for anyone to even speak to or help

Wish I could give zero stars. Tried to go once before and they had just closed down due to the fire. Was very excited that they recently reopened since so many people had bragged about the place. We go in and immediately there is confusion about seating us (only 2 of us). We get our seats and wait about 15 minutes before we ask the host who our waitress is because we would like something to drink. The host gets us our teas which were suppose to be sweet but was unsweet. Our server finally shows up 25 mins into us being seated (under the influence might I add) and we ask for different drinks. She leaves and 10 mins later the host returns to ask us what is wrong with our drinks and if he can get us something different. Another 10 mins go by and the server reappears trying to take our food order even though we still haven’t gotten our fixed drinks. She finally goes and gets them. We start to order only to be told they are out of many of the main meats. So my partner orders catfish because it is the only other option and we are still charged for the upcharge which is no big deal. Food finally come out about 45 mins to an hour later. At this time the owner is sitting chatting with a table behind us and he notices that I am not happy with my plate that comes out wrong. He grabs it off the table asks what is wrong and takes the plate to the back. He comes back 10 minutes later with my fixed plate sets it down and walks away without saying a word. I work in food service and the way this establishment is being ran and operated is humiliating.
