We had BBQ pork and BBQ chicken , it was a huge serving, really good taste. The slaw was also good. The only complaint was they only have booths to sit in and they are very small and tight. Cool store with lots of other goodies to shop for inside.

Always great friendly service. I like their BBQ plates better than any place around. Cozy atmosphere. Deli sandwiches are amazing! Well sized portions. You will NOT leave hungry! Specially grocery items and deserts, too

Great lunch counter, great fresh/butchered meats, great craft beer selection! The staff is always friendly and the shelves are always full. A truly pleasant experience – except for when they have to manually search an extensive list to find the price of the craft beer. They don’t have a barcode scanner, so checkout can take a little extra time. But you get to meet several of the staff as it usually takes at least two of them to locate prices.

I’ve eaten at trolingers since I was a kid, their food used to be very good but has gotten very bad over the past few years. Huge chunks of bone, and fat in the bbq. Staff cross contaminating by touching all over the the fridge doors with gloved hands and sticking them right back in the bbq, so if you’re getting bbq and you don’t reheat it there’s no telling what kind of bacteria or germs are in your food. Vinegar slaw is still very good but everything else isn’t. Someone is a bit heavy handed with the celery seed in the mayo slaw. Personally I think the health dept should pay a visit to see the cross contamination going on. I saw a guy cutting meat last fall and his hoodie sleeves were in the raw meat. Yes you’re gonna cook it but it’s gross. Very gross. As much as I love their Vinegar slaw I’m not sure If we will be back until they learn how to properly handle food.

Our grandparents have lived in Paris for 50+ years and Trolingers has been a family tradition during my lifetime. I crave it often and typically take a bottle of sauce home with me to Florida. WE LOVE YOU, TROLINGERS! BEST BBQ EVER

This place has great meat cut by an onsite butcher. The place is clean, neat and has a variety of things to stock up for your picnic or weekend at the lake.

Be careful about trolingers Paris Tennessee. We gotten bad meat there twice. Once ham then the second time chicken. Plus when we had brought this bad meat product back we had bad costumer service. They were nasty. They don’t care if this is brought to their attention. Their actions show that they are willing to harm people and their families. We also had bought steak and it was not put in the bag at the counter.

Don’t second guess yourself by passing by and wondering if you should stop like I did a few times. Just do it. The BBQ is really good and their plate specials might be the best I’ve ever had. Full convenience store and butcher as well. Wish they were closer to me but I’ll always stop when passing through.
