Tropezón Miami Menu – Miami Beach, FL

Type : Restaurant

Location : Miami Beach, FL

Tropezón is an Andalusian style gin and tapas bar hidden in the corridors of historic Española Way.
Inspired by the Spanish village saloons where old men play afternoon cards and women converse over sips of Sherry, Tropezón means “a stumble” or when you “trip” on something.
For the weary traveler and the lively local, a refreshing escape from the typical; an intersection of sacred geometry where mistakes are excused, and all slippery souls are welcome.

Based on 221 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price

We found this place and it had great reviews especially as a gin bar. It lived up to the reviews where the cocktails were great, especially if you like gin but they can make other things as well. They had a tomato salad of sorts that my fianceé ordered two servings of because she loved it so much! We ended there with a gin espresso martini as reviews recommended and it was a good way to end the night. The service was good. The bartender serving us was newer but make a good drink. The atmosphere was where it’s at. We’ll definitely come back.

Didn’t have a bad meal in South Beach, but this was, by leaps and bounds, the best! Fantastic selection of gin (brands you may know as well as their own infusions). Come for a drink at the bar and chat to a knowledgeable, friendly bartender. Then make sure to have dinner! Lovely tapas and entrees

The shorter younger bartender started our night off wonderfully! He made us house drinks that were delicious (and we paid for them so beware of they’re off the menu). But we enjoyed them. There’s a huge selection of gin drinks!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Went with a BIG group and they accommodated us so graciously. We had to wait a couple mins because it had rained and they had to dry & set up the space out back, but they really went above and beyond with service. The owner herself (I think) was running food. Food was pretty good, my favorites were the patatas and churros. Better yet were the DRINKS! Sangria was delicious, also tried several cocktails and they were divine. Loved the Yuzu drink in particular.

My boyfriend and I heard great things about Tropezón Miami so made a point of going for dinner while visiting South Beach. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was dreamy/romantic and made us feel like we has been transported back to Spain, and the food was excellent! Our only complaint is that the entree was a bit pricey for the amount of food that we were given. But it was delicious all the same.

This place is such a little gem! It’s located at the end of Española so it’s not in the thick of the craziness. We went on a Wednesday night for some happy hour drinks before dinner and sat on the patio which was so beautifully decorated. The area around the patio was also lovely so it was a very pleasant place to sit and have some drinks. The happy hour included half priced bottles of wine, beer, and gin & tonics. They have some really cool gin & tonics! They are not your regular plain ones – they have all sorts of added flavours and infusions and beautiful garnishes. They also gave us some little tapas snacks with the happy hour – some manchego cheese, olives and seasoned almonds. Such a nice touch. Our waiter was so lovely too. While we sat on the patio, we did peak inside and used the restrooms. The decor inside was very cool! I would have loved to have a meal there if we had time.

Good atmosphere and you will be entertained if sitting the bar. The bar team will educate you on the various gin infused varieties and the various options of cocktails that you can choose. Fun team and service.

Tropezón was an absolute dream! The atmosphere was stunning. Our waiter Edwin was a gem and the food was to die for. We specifically loved the Charcoal Tempura, Pork Belly bites, and the Grilled Octopus! Definitely will be back.

Great atmosphere, great vibes in a fun area however the food was disappointing. Price was excessive for the food quantity and quality. Drinks were okay.

Our best dining experience while in Miami Beach. Staff was truly kind and wonderful. Food rocked (highlights were the carrots, skirt steak, and churros). And their happy hour is a really great deal – awesome gin cocktails for half price. The best part was the atmosphere though, felt so European sitting on the street in these lovely cafe tables looking out at the palm trees and Miami colors. Highly recommend.
