I really did enjoy the food, it was plentiful, well prepared, and cheap. Unfortunately the service was horrible and those who run the register basically ignored us. When trying to place our order we didn’t even know if they were listening, seemed extremely distracted. We stood in front of the register for about 5 minutes and they did not even acknowledge us; having to interrupt to place our order. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is due to the food being very good, but service a solid 1 star.

I spent $25 on oxtails which I think is pretty expensive being that I only got about 4 small pieces. Even though I was overpriced it was very good. The thing that stuck out the most was the customer service. The lady taking my order didn’t greet me or even speak to me. The whole time I was there she was talking in creole with other customers. For me, I wouldn’t go back.

Love their Greo complete is the best. But they don’t treat you welomed Today 07/09/23 around 8:30 to 9:10 pm I went to there restaurant and the Haiti woman didn’t say anything just ignore me and the man that sweeping the lobby went to a Haiti woman that was sitting at the counter ask her if she needs help the lady said: I’m already help, so he washed his hands and went back to sweeping the lobby not once ask me if I needed help. After that the Haiti lady working the counter didn’t ask me or talk to me at all. I felt like I was not wanted like they didn’t want to take care of me racist people because I was was not from Haiti.

Tropical always comes in handy when I am in the mood for Haitian food. The food is always good and finger licking but the customer service could be improved. Another thing that can be improved is when a customer is ordering over the phone and picking up the food shouldn’t take such a long time to come out .
