For a place that had just opened another location, they are doing really well. We ordered the classic bowl and the south of the border bowl. Both were delicious. The grilled chicken was tender and warm. When we first arrived , there was a lady with an iPad taking orders and you told the cashier that you were dine in/carryout and your name. Then that lady disappeared and you ordered just like normal at the counter. Mind where you sit/stand in line. The place is packed full with people and not a ton of space. The line to order tends to get close to the tables. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back for more.

Wife brought home for dinner. The food was very simple but delicious. The grilled chicken even heated up was great and the rice had a great texture and large serving size. I have no idea what the sauce was but it complimented everything well. I’ll be going back. Plus I hear they are not tolerate of being criticized about their religious views. It seems like they have moral fiber and a strong spine defending Truth. I’ll support that even if the food sucked.

I had a great experience when I ordered on their opening day but it has gone completely downhill since then. Management was rude and I would rather drive the extra time it takes to get to the one downtown or on pelham road than ever go back to this location.

I was so excited to hear that a Tropical Grille was opening so close to Travelers Rest! We’ve been twice since this location opened and the food is amazing. My sons (3 & 5) LOVE Tropical Grille. I anticipate our family will eat many more meals here!

Got a multitude of hairs in my food. Absolutely foul I would never eat here again. This has always been one of my favorites but if the employees aren’t going to wear hair caps and keep there nasty hair out of my food I won’t go.

The food has been top notch both times I’ve been, and the staff has been friendly and professional. I love the spiritual music playing in the background as well. I’m glad to have TG in the Berea area. It makes for a quick drive from TR!

New little place on this side of town. Not very many tables to sit so if you go during peak hours might be easier to just get it Togo. Clean and friendly people working there just a mess to find parking with the new publix being built across from it.
