I got the tropical chicken sandwich. It has ham, Swiss cheese and pickles on it. It was all very greasy. The fries were too salty to eat. The spicy sauce that was on the chicken was very oily and greasy, my phone screen is greasing up trying to type this. I should’ve gotten one of the rice bowls I guess since that’s what people rave about here.

I tried the Southwest Bowl. Regular size was plenty. Add the jalapeno garlic sauce it’s amazing! Service was fast at the drive-thru. The only complaint I have… this was the first time I had eaten here, I asked about the sauces and was ignored. Thankfully, I went for the jalapeno garlic sauce and was happy with it.

Came here to order an easy family meal for Mothers Day. We were offered to substitute pork for chicken in the meal and we chose our sides, per the menu selections. When we received our total, it was almost $20 more than it should have been. When we asked why, the cashiers just regurgitated the total amount, when we asked to see the amount more clearly, we were being upcharged for the pork and the guacamole. The menu didn’t say anything about a upcharge for either. The supervisor was unwilling to say anything other than that’s how it is.

I was so excited they finally added shrimp as an option on the menu until I paid an additional $5.00 for less food. $13.50 for only 7 very small shrimp. The restaurant also seemed dirty and there were fly’s everywhere.

I love this location! Glad Simpsonville has a tropical now! Always get great food and great service. The staff is always welcoming and it is clean. I ordered the tropical chicken sandwich and it was amazing! Definitely a 5 star place and a 5 star sandwich!
