Friendly and attentive staff. I got the Bahama Mama smoothie and PEANUT BUTTER CUP. I highly suggest the Bahama Mama. For food I purchased the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap and sweet potatoes. The wrap was delicious I would recommend it for those jerk chicken lovers.

Two times in a row I’ve ordered the same Mocha smoothie and it’s had huge chunks of ice in it. Makes it pretty undrinkable without waiting for it to melt a bit, which kinda defeats the purpose of a smoothie. Idk if they just need to run their machines more or adjust their mixtures, but it’s pretty annoying. The wraps I’ve got have been good, and the folks working there are friendly and attentive. I’m hoping this is just growing pains and things improve in the future.

Terrible service for overpriced product. 20 minutes for one smoothie is ridiculous. There were only a few other customers in the store but everyone seemed to be waiting forever. To add insult to injury, the employees were all wearing shirts with the “You’re on Tropic time now” slogan…yeah, no kidding…time to find a different place for a smoothie.

Terrible. Taking 20 minutes for two smoothies. Ridiculous. Also making me wait in the drive through a different day for 25 minutes in a burning hot car in the drive through and then making me repeat my order at the window and making me wait another 15 minutes. For one smoothie. Never coming here ever again. I don’t recommend.

3 times through the drive thru over about a month and waited at least 10 minutes every time. parking lot was also empty and only 2-3 cars ever in front of me. way too slow.
