Great Smoothie! I got the Paradise Point. They have a lot of options, for a good price! The only thing I’d say isn’t perfect, is the time. Being in Hershey, businesses are expected to be on top of their game. We waited a little longer than I had expected, so that’s my only real “complaint”. As I said, the smoothies are GOOD though. =)

The service was not ideal. A bit of miscommunication while placing our order. I stood up to check on our order and the person making what turned out to be our order dropped it on the floor and proceeded to bag it to give it me until I said no and requested tht he re-do our order…he was not pleased . But the smoothies were good .

There is PLASTIC in all of their smoothies, beware people. They feel like tiny hairs if you really pay attention. I brushed it off for months thinking it was mango but it’s in all of them, & there is articles on this. Also, if you get a quesadilla, they barely put anything in it, I got a chicken quesadilla without the chicken (was still charged the same $6..) so the least they could do was put some more cheese in it. Both sides of the quesadilla had no cheese, was flat/dry, barely any in the middle. I felt scammed. This has happened more than once. It’s sad because I really liked this place! * Just added a picture of the plastic. Had to slowly drink it and individually take them out of my mouth

This is the 4th time I’ve attempted to give them chances about their food quality. Usually, it’s everytime I order something with “smashed avocado” there is nothing at all resembling avocado in the wrap.

I’ve been going here for a while due to it being in a great location. Lately the place has gone downhill and it gave me a chance to read other reviewers thoughts. Sadly, I agreed with them that customer service needs to step up. Dirty looks, substandard food, long lines, filthy bathroom, and watered down smoothies are not going to get you return customers. Tonight, I politely asked the staff to make a new smoothie for me because the one they made was chunky, watered down, and simply not as expected. It didn’t taste anything like mango and I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I got a blank stare and was told it wasn’t their fault. I told them that I come here often and I never had to complain about my orders. Same response and both servers started to ignore me. I left giving up my bonus points that I used to get my smoothie. Sadly this is probably the last time I visit this location. Other places in Hershey are opening and deserve our patronage. They simply want it more than this business.

I don’t waste my time on a bad review unless its really a problem and a pattern. The manager or whoever the guy is at this location has to go. He always has an attitude and gives attitude/dirty looks to customers. Every time I order from this location theres always something bad going on. Either they take twice as long, the food is dry, you have to deal with grumpy workers, employees chit chatting etc. They always go to the back for like 10 minutes and go back to taking their sweet time with the orders. Today I ordered a $8 smoothie online. I got there and the place was full of people with NO food. When I look to see whats going on, exactly what I explained above. I didn’t have time to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie that already took 20 minutes so I left. I tried to get my money back or a coupon but the employees were clueless and it would’ve taken longer than it should have. I do not recommend this location if they keep these employees, because its been a couple of months of the same scenario. I basically went there to give them a free $8.

My experience wasn’t that great on Jan 1st. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly, they seemed to dislike dealing with customers. And the quesadilla I got was made as a complete mess and fell apart the second I lifted it up. I had to eat it with a fork.

Customer service was horrible. They were rude, seemed annoyed that we were there ordering. They rolled their eyes. I witnessed similar attitude when people ordered after us. One of our smoothies was not even filled to the top. Didn’t even want to risk asking them about it in fear they would spit in my smoothie.
